  • Standard AUS shipping: flat shipping rate $9 (5-7 Business Days)
  • Domestic Shipping – Australia
  • Please allow 1-3 days for us to process your order before it ships. You will receive an automated email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • Discount codes don’t apply to shipping unless stated.

Default order shipping includes “Authority To Leave” instructions, whereby the postage courier utilised for delivery are not required to collect signature on delivery and may leave your parcel unattended on your property.

“Authority To Leave” instructions release Studio Oil from all responsibility in regards to ensuring delivery to your person, including but not limited to situations of courier delivery to the wrong address, goods stolen after delivery or damage that otherwise occurs due to delivery to your property with authority to leave.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Please contact us within 5 days to  make a returns or refund request. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received by us within (14 days), be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Our policy will expire after 14 days, and unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange at the time.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Faulty Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 3 days to request a refund or exchange. Please email us at info@studiooil.com with the following:

Subject: FAULTY Item Name+your order number/receipt

Body/Text: Your Name & Mobile Number, An explanation of the fault + attach photos

We will be in contact with you to arrange and finalise your exchange or refund.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-​refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
